UEE stands for Universal Elementary Education — the national goal of providing free and compulsory elementary education to every child in the 6-to-14 age group. It is the aim behind Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and, in law, behind the Right to Education Act, 2009. The three goals usually attached to UEE are universal access, universal retention and universal quality.
In Indian schools
UEE is a policy aim pursued through schemes and government schools, not a feature of any one institution's office. A private or aided school contributes by enrolling and retaining students well — the admission and retention work a school management system is built to support.
