Divyangjan is a Hindi term for persons with disabilities, promoted in India from around 2015 in place of earlier words. It is built from 'divya' (divine) and 'ang' (body or limb), framing disability as a differently-abled rather than deficient body. In schools it is used interchangeably with 'children with special needs', the group the RTE and inclusive-education policies protect.
In Indian schools
Inclusive admission and support for divyangjan students mean a school needs the relevant details held respectfully on the student record. RaivatEdu can carry that on custom fields on one student profile, so the information is in the right hands and governed by role.
