Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest in our hosting provider's managed storage.
Your data, your export
Owners can export every record at any time. On cancellation we delete workspace data on request.
People and process
Production access is limited to a small on-call group, logged and reviewed.
We don’t list certifications we haven’t earned. If your institution needs a specific questionnaire or DPA, we’re happy to complete it. The controls on this page are the product's and are the same in every country — we have not claimed a South Africa hosting region, a local certification or a local compliance scheme, and the hosting region is confirmed during evaluation.

Workspaces are hosted with a major cloud provider. We'll share the region and sub-processor list during evaluation.
Yes. Exports can be limited by role.
Single sign-on through your identity provider (SAML 2.0 or OIDC, for example Google Workspace or Okta), with optional two-factor sign-in (authenticator app) for everyone else.
