We started RaivatEdu after watching talented counsellors lose good students to missed callbacks, scattered WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets nobody trusted.

Why we exist

Every admissions season, institutions spend heavily to generate enquiries — and then lose a surprising share of them in the gaps between tools. A form lands in one inbox, a WhatsApp message on one counsellor's phone, a walk-in in a paper register.

Generic CRMs were built for sales teams. They don't know what an intake is, why a parent matters, or what it means when an application is stuck on a marksheet. So teams go back to spreadsheets.

RaivatEdu is the admissions workspace we wished those teams had: one place for every enquiry, every conversation and every next step.
