Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating a workspace or using the service, your institution agrees to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of an institution, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the users you invite, for keeping credentials secure and for the data your team adds to the service.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send spam, to message people without a lawful basis, or to store content you don't have the right to store. Messaging must follow WhatsApp, SMS (DLT) and email rules.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, exclusive of applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Your data
Your institution owns its data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and data processing agreement.
6. Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available and may improve or change features over time. We'll give notice of material changes.
7. Termination
You can cancel at any time. On termination you may export your data; we delete workspace data after a reasonable period or on request.
