KVS is Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, the autonomous body under the Ministry of Education that runs the Kendriya Vidyalayas — a national network of central-government schools, originally for the children of transferable central employees. The schools follow CBSE and a common syllabus so a child can move between them without disruption. KVS also conducts recruitment for teaching posts in these schools.
In Indian schools
Kendriya Vidyalayas are government-run, so their office processes are set centrally; a private school looking at 'how KVS does it' is really asking about admissions, records and fee administration — the parts a school management system covers for any school.
