Feature inventory

Everything it does. And everything it doesn’t.

This is the full inventory, checked against the product rather than written from a roadmap. Nine feature areas, each with its own page, and a list at the bottom of what we are not going to pretend exists.

In short

What is included in RaivatEdu?

Nine education feature areas ship today: fee management, students, batches and courses, admissions, enrollment, renewals, attendance, certificates and an education section on the main dashboard. They sit on the full platform, so leads, communication, task boards, reporting and role-based access come with them. Exams, marks, report cards, a parent portal and certificate verification are not built, and this page says so rather than leaving you to find out.

And the platform underneath.

The education modules sit on the full platform, so these come with it — subject to your plan, each person’s role and your institute’s settings.

Separate opt-in

Learning management is an add-on.

Course delivery and learner enrollment tracking exist in the wider platform behind their own flag. An education institute does not get them automatically, so we list them as an add-on rather than folding them into a plan and letting you assume. Ask us if you need them and we will tell you what it involves.

Not built

11 things we will not claim.

Most education software lists these whether or not they work. If one of them is the reason you are shopping, you have saved yourself a demo — and if you want it on the roadmap, tell us and we will be straight about the timeline.

  • A parent portal or parent appParent name and phone are seeded custom fields. There is no parent-facing surface.
  • Automatic absence alertsNo automatic absence notification to guardians exists.
  • Exams, marks and gradingNo exam, marks or grading module exists.
  • Report cardsNo report-card generation exists.
  • Teacher logins scoped to a batchStaff is an entity type, not a batch-scoped login. No teacher role exists.
  • Certificate verificationedu_certificates has no verification token, no revoke, and no uniqueness on the certificate number.
  • A receipt as a downloadable fileReceipt numbers exist; a PDF artefact does not.
  • Fee reminders delivered to a guardianAn edu_reminders table exists, but delivery to the guardian is a known live defect.
  • Attendance totals and percentagesThe uniqueness constraint on edu_attendance includes a nullable session label, so duplicate rows are possible and totals are not trustworthy.
  • Tax split per fee headThe fee schema has no tax column.
  • Counselor incentives and agent commissionThe only commission-accrual trigger fires on a deal reaching closed-won, and deals is switched off for education tenants.

Why this page exists

Written from the code, not the roadmap.

Every feature listed above was checked against the product itself on 2026-09-30 — the education screens, the navigation registry, the institute configuration and the fee database schema.

Where a feature works but has a known limit, the limit is on that feature's own page rather than hidden here. Attendance capture is the clearest example: it works, and its totals are not published yet.

Where something does not exist, it is in the list above. It is not in a comparison table, not in a screenshot and not implied by a carefully worded sentence.

The product is the same in every country. This inventory is not re-written per market, and no market page claims a feature this one does not.
