In short
What does reports do in RaivatEdu?
Education reporting gives you collections and dues from the fee module, KPI cards on the main dashboard where each figure deep-links into the list it summarises, and a report builder for anything the standard views do not cover. The education KPIs render inline on the main dashboard by design, so there is one home for your numbers rather than two dashboards disagreeing with each other.

What reports does today.
Every line here is a feature that exists in the product right now. Anything still being built is listed further down, on the same page.
01
Collections and dues
What came in and what is still owed, from the fee module rather than from a separate figure somebody maintains. Ageing buckets and per-plan dues sit behind the headline numbers.
- Collections at a glance
- Outstanding dues
- Ageing buckets behind the total
02
KPIs you can click
A KPI that cannot be opened is a number you have to trust. Each education KPI card deep-links into the module it summarises, so the first question after a surprising figure is answered in one click.
- KPI cards on the main dashboard
- Deep link into the list behind each figure
03
One dashboard, by design
The education numbers render inline on the main dashboard as a section, not as a second dashboard competing with it. There is one place to look, which is why the numbers agree.
- Education section on the main dashboard
- Old dashboard links still resolve
04
A report builder for the rest
The standard views cover collections, dues and the education KPIs. Anything else your leadership asks for is built in the report builder rather than requested from us.
- Build your own reports
- Analytics across the platform
- Exports
05
Why the numbers agree with each other
A fee figure and a collections figure disagree when each is maintained separately. Here the reporting reads the same fee tables the front desk writes to, and a payment cannot be edited after it is recorded, so last month's collections total does not quietly change while you are looking at it.
- Reporting reads the operational tables, not a copy
- Recorded payments cannot be rewritten
- Adjustments are stored, so a concession is visible rather than absorbed
Where this stops
What reports does not do.
We would rather you read this before you buy than discover it in week two. If something here is a requirement for you, tell us and we’ll be straight about the timeline.
Ask us about a gap- Attendance totals and percentages are not reported, because the underlying attendance table permits duplicate rows where the session label is empty.
- There is no exam, marks or report-card reporting, because those modules do not exist.
- Counselor incentive and commission reporting is not available to education institutes.
FAQ
Reports, answered plainly.
Deliberately not. The education KPIs render as a section on the main dashboard, so the vertical has one home rather than two dashboards that can disagree. Older links to the standalone route still resolve.
Yes. Every education KPI card deep-links into the module it summarises, so a surprising figure is one click from the list that produced it.
Collections and dues, drawn from the fee module itself, with ageing buckets and per-plan dues behind the headline figures rather than a separately maintained total.
Yes, through the report builder, alongside the platform analytics. The standard views cover the fee and education KPIs; the builder covers whatever your leadership asks for next.
Not as totals or percentages. The attendance table allows duplicate rows where the session label is empty, so we do not publish numbers built on it until that constraint is fixed.
It cannot. A recorded payment's receipt number and amount are fixed by a database trigger, and a correction is stored as an adjustment rather than an overwrite. That is why a closed month stays closed.
No. The reporting reads the same fee tables your front desk writes to, which is the reason a collections figure and a fee figure do not drift apart.
